These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to the purchase of SourceLink supplier intelligence reports ("Reports") through our checkout. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.
Each Report is a compiled PDF document containing manufacturer and supplier information at the tier you select (Starter, Established, Blue Chip, or the Bundle of all three). Reports are delivered by email as watermarked PDF attachments after successful payment.
Reports are licensed to you for your company's internal use only. You may not:
Each Report is watermarked with the purchaser's name, email, order reference, and date. This watermark identifies the licensed recipient and is used to enforce these Terms.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SourceLink does not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and are one-time charges per Report or Bundle.
Reports are sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive your Report, contact us and we will resend it to the purchasing email address.
Because Reports are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Report has been delivered, except where required by law. If you experience a delivery problem, contact us for a resend.
Reports are compiled with care but supplier information can change. Reports are provided "as is" for your own evaluation, and SourceLink makes no warranty that all details are current or complete.
Unauthorised redistribution or resale is a breach of these Terms. The watermark on each Report provides a basis to identify the source of any leaked copy, and we reserve the right to act on any breach.
