Platform agreement

Before we can assess your application, you need to confirm you understand and agree to the core terms of operating on the SourceLink platform.

Key terms — please read

Platform-only communication. You must never share your personal phone number, WhatsApp, WeChat, email, or any direct contact details with SourceLink members. All enquiries, negotiations, sample requests, and order discussions must take place through the SourceLink platform.

$1 per-unit kickback. For every unit ordered through SourceLink, a fee of $1 USD per unit is remitted to SourceLink. This is deducted automatically and is a condition of network membership.

Trust Score maintenance. Your Trust Score is assessed and updated by the SourceLink team. A score below the minimum threshold results in suspension. Removal from the network is permanent.

Vetting process. Acceptance is not guaranteed. The SourceLink team may request samples, factory visits, or additional documentation as part of the vetting process.
